I was walking outside on my way to work on a Thursday morning when I heard a weird gurgling coming from a downspout and after a moment it stopped, but shortly after what appeared to be dirty water started backing up around the foundation of our home. I immediately started searching for outside drainage professional. Frank responded to my inquiries same day and the following day gave my wife and I a free game plan to get things fixed. He was able to come that day and run a drainage camera down the main pipe and found the issue. He also explained what was causing the issue and gave us a quote on that repair. He was very professional and there was no hard sell. When we are ready for our next repair, we look forward to working with CT Stormwater again.
