Owner , JR Very pleasant and explained fees before sending tech. My tech Luke was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and listened to what I had to say. They offered me a maintenance plan which I turned down at this. Called at 7:55 am were here by 3:50 pm same day. Was fixed by 4:40 pm. Greatly appreciated the service and professionalism of all. I will definitely use their service again, highly recommend. Thank you
