The customer has dogs that had tracked dirt and mud throughout their home on their carpets as well as one dog who had a few "accidents". We did a deep cleaning on all the carpets and applied a deodorizer for the pet-stained areas. The customer was thrilled to see some of the older areas she thought were permanently stained looked like new again.
