We had a great experience with Hydroclean. The customer service was great throughout the entire process. Setting up an appointment was quick, easy, and informative, and we were given a window for when our carpets would be cleaned. Diante, our service technician, was awesome. He called and let us know he would be arriving in about 25 minutes. Once he arrived he was very professional and friendly. He told us his plan, and also made sure to inform us that the machine got pretty loud when he noticed we had a dog. He quickly removed all kinds of spots from our carpet, many that I didn’t know if it would be possible to remove them. He gave us little plastic sheets to go under the legs of our furniture to prevent potential color transfer from the furniture, and he was on his way. I’d definitely use their services again.
