Very impressed with Neil from Ox Foundation Services. He came out to give me an estimate after having an issue with a tree that had been planted too close to my house. The roots had potentially led to some shifting of the foundation in my garage and I had been told that the decay could cause further damage. Another company told me I would likely need manual excavation and helical piers/piles sometime over the next 4-5 years. Neil advised me that manual excavation would not be necessary, and the problem could potentially be taken b care of by a less expensive method. He advised me of what to look for and said it may take 15-20 years for the decay to cause any problems. He is a certified foundation specialist, I found that the other company was not. Very thankful to have found this company. Highly recommend them!
